We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our professional and hardworking Housekeeping Team. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle, creating truly memorable and impressive 5* experiences for our guests.

Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, The Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 bedchambers and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

Job Description

£11.92 per hour

*

Part time permanent position - 20 hours per week: 10:30am start to 2:30pm finish. 5 days a week.

*

May include one evening turndown shift per week

*

Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing and refreshing linen and towels.

Cleaning and tidying our public areas ready for the guests.

*

Restocking guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals.

*

Engaging with guests where required.

*

Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping manager.

*

Cleaning rooms can be physically demanding but you will receive full training and be surrounded by a supportive team.
