Children's Support Worker

Job Details:

• Children's Residential Support Worker
• Joining a brand new children's home, that is due to open in June 2025
• The home will support up to 3 children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• As a Support Worker you will offer OFSTED standard support to all children within the service
• You will work to provide positive outcomes to all children
• Work alongside seniors, deputies and the manager of the home
• Manage, update and follow care plans
• The home is based in St Helens

Contract Details:

• 160 hours a month, likely to be 1 on 2 off shift pattern (TBC)
• £12.70 ph - £13.50 ph
• + Sleep in rate

Requirements Details:

• Previous residential childcare experience
