About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading blue-chip company in the North East. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical components of this high-profile commercial development, valued at £25-70 million.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on prestigious projects, including new build offices and schools, while playing a key role in their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all electrical aspects of large-scale new build projects.

* Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and senior managers to ensure seamless project execution.

* Oversee project schedules, budgets, and progress, delivering regular updates.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.

* Review technical designs and manage quality assurance throughout the project.

* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.

* Identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth project delivery.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing electrical works on commercial building projects.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale new build environments.

* Excellent understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.

* Outstanding leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
