Job: Interim HR Advisor
Contract length: 4 week assignment with potential for permanency.
Hourly rate: £20 - £22 per hour. 
Location: Remote. 

JGA are partnering with a dynamic Not For Profit seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team for a 4-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide generalist HR support across the organization.
Handle employee relations, including advising managers and resolving issues.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Assist with HR administration, policies, and compliance. Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
