Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected and leading specialist construction services Company have a new requirement to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their enviable and award winning organisation.

Candidates of particular interest will have experience of metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork, or cladding, decking, glass etc.

Working on schemes from £1/4M to £10M, you will manage anything from 2-5 projects at any one time on average, project size depending.

You will have a wide influence from project management, project coordination, design, handover and final accounts with your clients.

Most projects are new build apartment blocks, with the majority of these in London and surrounding areas, regular commutes to site are NOT required, only as and when required.

Candidates will work out of their South Yorkshire offices.
