• Children's Home Registered Manager
• Managing a brand new children's home
• Managing a home for children and young people (OFSTED regulated)
• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the home ensuring that it operates to the highest professional and quality standards
• Overseeing the day to day running of the home
• Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
• Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
• Managing budgets and contracts
• Manage safeguarding reports
• Manage referrals
• Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your home
• Full time, permanent contract, + on call duties
• Southport based

Pay:

• £45,000 - £50,000

About you:

• 2 years experience in a registered managers position, or as a deputy manager
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level in leadership and management
