Internal Sales (Trade Counter)

• Annual Salary: From £40k
• Location: Near Greenford, Middlesex
• Job Type: Full-time 40 hour week
• Free Parking, Overtime paid, pension and 28 days holiday including BH

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales professional. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills. Experience in the electrical wholesale or building merchant industry is essential

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist customers with inquiries and orders at the trade counter.
• Provide product recommendations and process sales transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Handle quotations and follow up on potential leads to drive sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the electrical wholesale or building merchant industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of electrical products.
