ROLE CONSTRUCTION FREELANCE SENIOR SITE MANAGER LOCATION WANSTEAD E11 START ASAPDURATION 8 MONTHS+RATE £280-£320 PER DAY This opportunity for a freelance Senior Site Manager takes stand-alone responsibility for a residential steel framed extension to existing occupied housing in E11. You will be managing the project through to practical completion in 8 months' time, managing all site construction activity and liaising with existing residents. Key skills and experience required:* CSCS, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall & First Aid at Work.* Strong communication and liaison skills* Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials* Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees* Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks* Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for producing a high-quality finish* Good IT skills including Word, Excel and OutlookTo apply for this role please send your latest CV.
