Role OverviewAs a Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning process for residential developments, from site appraisals to securing planning permissions.
• Managing relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to keep projects moving forward.
• Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and representations.
• Offering strategic planning advice to internal teams and contributing to the development of planning strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with planning policy changes and evaluating their impact on current and future projects.

What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or actively working towards it.
• Extensive planning experience, preferably within the residential development sector.
• A strong understanding of the planning system and development processes.
