Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Hereford based - NHS

Location: Hereford
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Length: Minimum of 4 months, with potential extension to 4-6 months ongoing
Start Date: December 2024 - January 2025
Essential Requirement: Must be a car driver

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality, patient-focused mental health care to individuals within the community.
Conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored care plans, and deliver effective interventions.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care.
Maintain a manageable caseload while delivering timely and efficient service.
Keep accurate, professional documentation in line with NHS standards.
What We're Looking For:

Essential: Proven experience in a community mental health setting—this is a must!
Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (Band 6).
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
