Responsibilities: ??
- Assist with content creation and management for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and informative posts that reflect the values and objectives of the Social Care Hub.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative communication strategies and campaigns that effectively promote the mission and services of the Social Care Hub.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
- Support the organisation of virtual and in-person events, including coordinating logistics and promoting participation through various channels.
- Contribute to the development of engaging written and visual content for newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials.
- Conduct research and gather insights on social media trends, best practises, and target audience preferences to continuously improve communication efforts.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and organising meetings.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and strategies, with a strong ability to create engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
