In addition, this role will be responsible for co-developing and tracking the implementation of a range of strategic and transformational projects including supporting the continued improvement and implementation of ways of working, governance and communications across the whole Group Procurement Community. Responsibilities:
· Tracking and recording progress in the delivery of GSNFR's Save to Invest cost reduction program - supporting the regular reporting processes.
· Undertaking analysis related to pipeline management as required and working closely with all categories, regional and subsidiary teams to develop the pipeline.
· Working closely with category, regional and subsidiary teams to understand how they are progressing against targets and continuing to iterate pipelines.
· Delivering on the strategic priorities of the Procurement function across a range of activities
· Ensure the teams are following processes, governance and methodologies put into place and challenging those that aren't.
· Helping in the creation of team and stakeholder communications and supporting in their syndication
· Support and development of the wider Target Operating Model
· Support the onboarding of new team members on PMO Ways of Working if needed.
· Work closely with our TBS team to support implementation of system changes as required.Requirements:
· Procurement management, contract management and negotiation skills
· Automation experience - nice to have.
· Property experience - construction
· Proven organisational skills.
· Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement including senior stakeholder engagement.
· Proven team working approach.
