London - Business Analyst - £60k

The Company:

As one of London's fastest expanding Fintech companies, this business is growing from strength to strength and is looking for a Business Analyst to join them. After a 50% expansion, the next 18 months is looking promising for the company as they are due to introduce new exciting partnerships to their financial services for customers.

The Role:

If you are an experienced Business Analyst, this role offers a unique opportunity to work independently as it is currently the only role of its type. A minimum of three years' experience is required as you will regularly work and communicate with senior stakeholders, hosting weekly workshops, gathering requirements and explaining processes. A collaborative working style is necessary as you will be sitting between the IT department and a range of teams throughout the wider business gathering requirements.

Experience:

• Three years' experience as a BA
• Comprehensive collaboration and communication skills
• Expertise within the finance sector is advantageous
• Stakeholder management
