💷 Salary: £25,000-£31,000 per year (dependent on experience)
⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-3:00 PM / 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Join a well-established business in Bolton, specialising in the sale of cut and edged materials, proudly serving trade and public customers for over 20 years. We're looking for a friendly and professional Trade Counter Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and help drive sales growth.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Deliver first-class customer service both in person and over the phone.

* Provide and follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales.

* Build long-term relationships with customers, proactively developing sales opportunities.

* Process orders accurately, from initial input to completion.

* Handle cash/card transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

* Arrange delivery or collection of orders to meet customer needs.

* Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.

* Meet and greet customers in a professional and approachable manner.

* Monitor stock levels and delivery dates to ensure efficient operations.

🎯 Requirements

* Experience in a similar role, ideally within the trade/board materials industry.

* High level of computer literacy with attention to detail.

* Confident, reliable, and professional demeanour.

* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to handle light stock lifting and manual tasks.
