MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK. The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond - they're the fastest growing brand in their category and turning heads of some of the biggest FMCG businesses globally.

The business is now looking to hire a Senior Partnerships Manager to build long term partnerships with key partners, influencers and affiliates. The aim here is to build strong relationships which can significantly contribute to the growth targets of the wider business.

The ideal candidate will be naturally salesy and have a real drive and hunger to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a rapidly growing brand and have a huge tangible impact on their growth.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

A minimum of 4 years Sales/Partnerships experience.
Proven experience of developing relationships with key influencers and affiliates.
Experience working for an FMCG organisation would be hugely beneficial (a D2C E-Commerce brand even better).
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious
