About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join a large nursing home in Blackpool. This home, known for its commitment to exceptional care, is seeking a leader who will uphold and enhance its high standards of service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 40+ bedded home, ensuring the wellbeing of residents, and leading a team of committed staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
Ensure the home is compliant with CQC standards and regulations.Requirements:

A proven track record in managing a nursing or residential home, ideally with experience in homes with 40+ beds.
A current NMC PIN is ideal, and applications from former nurses are strongly encouraged.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management.Benefits:
