Role: Production Co-Ordinator

Salary: £23,000

Located: Kelham Island, Sheffield

Hours: Monday - Friday

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support their dynamic sales team. This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within their production processes. This role can be progressed to take on an Account Manager role or develop the Production Manager role

The role:

* Support the Sales Team: Create accurate quotes and engaging presentations that captivate our clients.

* Supplier Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

* Production Scheduling: Organise and monitor production schedules to meet client deadlines.

* Proof Approval: Review and approve client product proofs, ensuring all specifications are met.

* Team Support: Collaborate with team members to help plan and streamline production schedules.

* Order Processing: Manage order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
