The Role:

We are looking for three skilled and motivated Engineering and Construction Managers to lead our teams in design, engineering, and construction. You will play a pivotal role in driving capital investment projects that enhance the health and efficiency of our water assets, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved with…

• Lead high-quality design, engineering, and construction projects across your region, maintaining strict compliance with safety and water quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and collaborate with commercial teams to ensure efficient financial tracking and reporting.
• Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture, conducting performance reviews and supporting team development.
• Liaise with operational teams, alliance partners, and supply chain specialists to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and quality across projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...

Experience in engineering and construction management, preferably within the water industry or on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong leadership skills are essential, with a demonstrated history of building high-performing, inclusive teams. Proficiency in project management is required, along with expertise in financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. A commitment to health and safety, continuous improvement, and customer service is key. Exceptional communication skills are also needed to inspire confidence and foster collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
