Financial Controller - Manufacturing - Bradford - Up to £65,000

Are you a seasoned Financial Controller with a passion for making things better, faster, and more efficient? Well, this is a unique Financial Controller opportunity in Bradford for someone who's ready to take charge of a growing manufacturing business's finances and bring everything in-house.

You'll be leading the way in transforming the finance function, moving away from external accountants to build a seamless, in-house operation. You'll have the chance to implement real change, automating processes and tightening up controls to make everything run like clockwork. We're looking for someone who knows their numbers inside out, can spot a process improvement a mile off, and has a real passion for driving positive change. Ideally, you'll be ACCA or CIMA qualified and have a solid background in finance, particularly within manufacturing. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and able to influence at all levels to bring about change.
