I am currently working with a leading local firm who are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team in their prestigious Thatcham warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading a small team of employees in the laundry washing and press areas.

* Wash, dry, press and fold all linen, ensuring high standards at all times to ensure bedding are consistently clean and of high quality.

* Assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running.

* To ensure all linen are cleaned to a high standard and ready to be returned - including: sorting, washing, drying, ironing, packing, delivering and collecting laundry.

* Ensure best practice and quality is delivered at all times.

Candidate Expectations:

* Previous managerial experience

* Experience in leading a team of people

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Flexible attitude to work and working hours

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

* Monday - Friday

* 6am - 3pm

* £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
