We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Teesside. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and a flair for organisation and planning.
Day to Day of the role: - Manage inbound customer queries through phone, email, and instant messaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Acknowledge and qualify all incoming sales leads, developing those within your competency and passing on more complex leads for detailed guidance.
- Plan and coordinate machine servicing and repairs, liaising with both internal and external technical support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Respond to customer communications promptly, ensuring structured and accountable service delivery.
- Conduct monthly account phone calls in line with CRM activities.
- Assist in coordinating engineering activities and handle sales administration tasks including quotes, invoices, and contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience in a customer service role.
- Meticulous planning and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in software and systems relevant to the role.
- Superb customer service manner and excellent phone etiquette.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
