They are seeking a dynamic, swithced-on and highly ambitious Estimator. The successful candidate will be offered a strong career path which will lead to management level with the continued expansion of the company.

As the Estimator in this role, your duties will be (but not limited to) the following:

• Ensuring that tenders are complete and submitted on time
• Identifying client requirements and developing the best offer to meet them
• Working with the designer on D&B contracts
• Liaising with the commercial and the procurement department
• Quantity take offs
• Evaluating the programme requirements, developing methods of construction and suitable techniques to enable efficient cost-effective resource levels to win bids

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Ability to show previous experience gained in working on infrastructure projects
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• A full UK driving license
