Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and reports.
Conducting research and analysis to support planning strategies and proposals.
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Supporting senior planners in delivering successful outcomes for a diverse range of projects.
Contributing to site appraisals and feasibility studies.Ideal Candidate:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Some previous experience in a planning role (either through work or placement) would be an advantage.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
