Sales Executive - High-End Bespoke Interiors

Location: Wokingham
Salary: £40,000 DoE + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm, 4pm finish Friday

I'm recruiting on behalf of a high-end bespoke interiors company based in Wokingham. This business designs and manufactures luxury kitchens, fitted wardrobes, and full-home joinery projects, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. This is not a cold-calling sales role. You'll be responsible for handling warm, inbound enquiries from prospective customers who are already engaged with the brand and product. Your focus will be on understanding their needs and preparing tailored quotations that bring their vision to life.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound sales enquiries via the website, phone and email
• Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the sales process
• Creating bespoke quotes for joinery and interiors projects
• Liaising with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth project handovers
• Following up on leads and maintaining strong client relationships

What we're looking for in a Sales Executive:
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within interiors, construction, high-end retail or design
• A consultative sales style and strong communication skills
• Ability to understand and price bespoke joinery and design-led products
• Strong Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in interiors and quality craftsmanship
