I am working with a Primary School in the SN2 area of Swindon who are seeking to appoint two Early Years Teaching Assistants to join the team in January on a contract directly employed by the school.
The school are looking for enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individuals who hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in EYFS.
The school ask applicants who wish to work with EYFS pupils that are enthusiastic, caring, patient and bring a vibrant approach to the classroom. It’s essential the candidate is extremely knowledgeable when working with EYFS pupils, as well as encouraging the children to have: respect for both themselves and others; resilience to life's challenges; high self-esteem; and to live and work cooperatively with others.
