Plumber required to join a leading Facilities and Property Management company based in the Edinburgh area, working as a mobile role. The Plumber will be responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial sites, such as schools, hospitals and universities.
Benefits:
* Salary up to £37,000 per annum.
* Van and fuel card provided by company.
* Overtime opportunities available, paid x1.5, Saturdays after 12 and Sunday's double time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive preventive maintenance.
* Execute commercial and industrial projects, such as fitting pipes, installation.
* Working on commercial sites, including schools, hospitals and universities.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience on commercial/industrial projects.
* Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
* Full UK drivers' licence.
* If successful, PVG will be supplied.
