Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the school in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

* Ensure a structured, consistent approach to behaviour management.

* Work closely with the leadership team to implement school improvement strategies.

* Engage with the local community, ensuring the school is a pillar of support and excellence.
