• 50% email correspondence 50% telephone 
• Dealing with incoming calls from customers
• First point of contact for customers looking for help or information
• Responding to inquiries via telephone and email
• Providing product information
• Ensuring customers receive the best possible service 

Requirements:-

• Driving Licence/Own Car (Due to office location) 
• Must have previous Customer service experience.
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Commercial Awareness

Hours: Full Time: 8.30 – 4.30 Mon – Fri

Location: Trafford Park (Office based)

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
