Hygiene Supervisor
Location: Cambridge
Monday- Friday

I am looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to oversee hygiene and cleanliness at a production facility in Cambridgeshire. You'll report to the QA Manager and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas while supervising a small team of Hygiene Operatives. Key responsibilities include:

Allocating duties based on the Hygiene Plan and ensuring work to a high standard is maintained.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans.
Preparing for and supervising BRC and Customer Audits.
Training and developing Site Hygiene Operatives.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP, and hygiene policies.
Managing chemical handling, safety protocols, and PPE use.
Overseeing the daily pest control program.
What they are looking for:

Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor or Team Leader in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong people management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements and COSHH regulations.
Willingness to attend relevant training courses, including Food Safety.
