Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Monday to Friday - Earlies & Lates

£51,086 + overtime

Alecto Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Industrial Electricians and Electrical Maintenance Engineer from the quarrying and aggregates sector, interested in joining our client in the Derbyshire area.

Working on a shift pattern of early and late shifts on a Monday to Friday basis with hours as follows:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:00

Week 2: Monday to Friday 13:30 - 22:00

Holiday entitlement is 23 days + bank holidays.

Role Profile

Electrical repair, maintenance, installation, and fault finding of aggregates processing plant and equipment.
Test and inspect electrical components.
Read and write electrical drawings including MCC schematics, control panels and SLD distribution drawings.
Competently fault find on LV electrical circuits.
Compile, manage and fulfil electrical maintenance schemes on sites.
Work to current electrical regulations and specifications.Desired Experience

Ideally, we are looking for experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from the quarrying or recycling industries.
We are open to applications from Engineers with a background in heavy production or processing sectors, or transferrible industries including power generation or sewage/wastewater as examples.
Must have electrical experience with PLC and inverter drives, motor control systems and safety circuits.
Time served apprenticeship.
Based or willing to commute to Ilkeston area.
Willing to work early and late shifts.
