Role: HR Business Partner / HRBP

Location: East Suffolk

Salary: £50,000

This role is for a Food Manufacturing business in Suffolk, who have just started to reshape their HR team with new leadership. This role is integral in the change, reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of HR generalists. Experience in working in a manufacturing business would give you a real advantage to hit the ground running.

Experience

* Extensive generalist HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

* Experience of developing and deploying HR / business change initiatives across a diverse group of employees.

* Broad range of HR knowledge and up to date understanding of best practice and employment law.

* Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.
