Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a standalone position where you can take full ownership of the payroll process?

Do you excel in managing both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations?

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Payroll Coordinator to work closely with an experienced, supportive, and extremely friendly finance team.

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Production of weekly payroll
Production of monthly payroll
Ad-hoc analysis of weekly timesheet submissions to provide data on specific pay types and trends
Gender Pay Gap production on an annual basis
P11D input on an annual basis covering all businesses and employees where applicable
Completion of EPS submissions
Supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks
Processing new starter and leaver information, including P45 creation
Responding to calls and queries from employees regarding payslip deductions 
To be considered for this role, you should have:

Knowledge of current PAYE, NI tax calculations, and payroll best practices
A minimum of 2 years experience in an end-to-end payroll position
Approachability and professionalism, with the ability to calmly address employee queries about PAYE and payroll deductions
Good Excel skills
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to adapt and respond well to change
