Seeking a confident and motivated Administrator to support the operations team in Tewkesbury and some reception cover for the Worcester branch (twice per week averagely). This is for a 9-month maternity cover although could be extended.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the business
Answer incoming enquiries via phone and email, forwarding as needed
Welcome and assist visitors, providing reception cover twice a week
Maintain office supplies and meeting refreshments.
Format and process documentation for claims
The Person

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experienced in handling customer enquiries professionally.
Enjoy problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*-C).
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
