We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Staff Nurse to join our client's night team at their beautiful Nursing Home; It is nestled amongst trees and has expansive landscaped gardens. They provide exceptional nursing and residential care for older individuals and those with dementia.

Qualifications

• RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
• Comprehensive understanding of nursing care methods and procedures
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and nurturing approach
• Availability for night shifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and support during night shifts
• Dispense prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document vital signs and symptoms of patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized work environment
• Adhere to professional standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices
