About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:

Supporting students with SEN, including SEMH, to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
Collaborating with teachers to implement personalised learning plans.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Assisting students with daily classroom activities and providing tailored support.
Requirements:

Experience in an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach to working with students.
