Product Risk Manager

Day Rate: £700 (Inside IR35)Contract Length: 6 months+Location: London (2 days on-site, remote for the rest of the week)

My client, a leading digital transformation consultancy, is actively seeking an experienced Product Risk Manager. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of risk management within an Investment Banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across multiple divisions to help implement minimum control standards and conduct risk profiling for AI systems.
• Gather and analyse implementation feedback, working closely with policy owners to incorporate valuable insights.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME), identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies for policy stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor the evolving risk landscape and regulatory requirements, ensuring that standards are kept up-to-date with any necessary adjustments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within the Risk division of an Investment Bank.
• Strong expertise in risk management, particularly in relation to AI systems and emerging technologies.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and influence policy implementation.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory environment within financial services.
