SEND Teacher Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic teacher with experience working in both SEND Specialist schools and/or SEND provision within a mainstream setting.

We are working with a specific client and also looking to onboard teacher for anticipated roles.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will be:

• The delivery of adapted or personalised EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Curriculums
• Have the drive and determination to make a difference
• Have high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour

• Be an excellent and inspirational class practitioner, who demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and who has children at the heart of all they do

• Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and ambitious
• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to be flexible, show initiative, be reliable and enthusiastic.

Key Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Experience working with children in a specific SEND or similar setting.
• A calm, patient, and friendly approach to supporting students.
• A passion for education and helping children succeed.
• A "get stuck in" proactive attitude to helping children to achieve their best.
