💼 Job Title: Fire Contracts Manager

💰 Salary: £43,500 - £46,000 + fantastic benefits

🕒 Full-time | Permanent

📍 Location: Options to be based from a regional office in Hampshire, Berkshire or South Somerset.

🚗 Travel: You'll cover a wide geographical area, and will be required to be site-based 3 days, and work from home and the office for 2 days per week.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead fire safety & major works projects across high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise buildings across a wide geographical area.

✅ Manage contractors & consultants to deliver high-quality, compliant work.

✅ Ensure compliance with fire safety & building safety regulations.

✅ Conduct site inspections, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards.

✅ Handle financial planning, risk assessments, & contract management.

✅ Work with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For?

✔ Experience in fire safety, construction, or major works projects.

✔ Contract management skills - keeping projects on track, on time, & budget.

✔ Knowledge of fire safety & building safety regulations.

✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

✔ Confident using Excel & project management software.

✔ Experience in social housing or the public sector (desirable but not essential).

✔ Working towards MCIOB, PMP, PRINCE2, or a fire safety qualification? Great!
