Salary: £29,095 - £32,654 + allowances
Shifts: 7:45am - 2:30pm / 2:00pm - 10:45pm (with sleep-in shifts on a rolling 3-week rota)

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be working with young people who need a helping hand, a safe space, and a positive role model. You'll help them thrive in a structured and supportive environment, while also promoting their education, well-being, and social development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Be a mentor and role model: Act as a keyworker and inspire positive change in the young people you support
Create a safe and welcoming environment: Offer stability and structure to help young people grow
Support development: Encourage participation in educational, recreational, and social activities
Administer medication when required and assist in their well-being
Complete key documentation: Help with care planning, reports, and risk assessments
Follow the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and maintain a high standard of careWho We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care is helpful, but not essential
A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong communication and team skills
The ability to stay calm and level-headed in challenging situations
