Role and Responsibilities:

* Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.

* Create and develop menus that align with the culinary theme, dietary requirements, and customer preferences.

* Orchestrate kitchen operations, overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow.

* Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through rigorous quality control measures.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement proper sanitation practices, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

* Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving culinary trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.

* Ensure customer satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful, and well-presented dishes.

* Effectively manage time to synchronize the prompt preparation and delivery of food, particularly during peak service periods.

Ideal Contractor:

* Must be hardworking and Honest.

* Must be a catering or food hygiene certificate.

* Must have previous experience as a cook or a chef.

* Must hold a valid DBS.

* Be confident and able to engage with others.
