As a Children Support Worker, you'll be part of a caring community that provides support and guidance to children and young adults who may face challenges.

Your role will involve:

Daily care: Providing personal care, assisting with activities, and helping with household chores.
Individual support: Working with young people to develop their skills and independence.
Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Medication and finances: Ensuring medication is administered correctly and managing financial transactions.
Collaboration: Working closely with families, educators, and other professionals.As a Key Worker, you'll also:

Advocate: Be a voice for young people and ensure their needs are met.
Connect: Conduct regular meetings and support contact arrangements.We're looking for someone who is:
