Key Responsibilities:

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will:

Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to a wide range of patients.
Manage complex cases autonomously, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centred care.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions.
Prescribe medications, request and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans in line with clinical best practice.
Play a key role in service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
Offer mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC registration.
Hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent qualification).
Have significant experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, preferably within primary or urgent care.
Possess an independent prescribing qualification.
Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
