Key Responsibilities:
* Support and deliver pre-planned lessons to children across Primary and Secondary schools.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and personal development.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Uphold the school's high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional conduct.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* An understanding of the curriculum and ability to differentiate lessons effectively.
* A commitment to the school's ethos and values, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
