Berry Recruitment is out looking for a strong Solicitor with Trust and Probate background.

This position offers permanent contract, salary between £55,000 to £75,000 depending on the experience with the option of working mostly from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of Probate matters.
• Providing expert advice on Trust structures, including asset protection and discretionary trusts.
• Developing and improving internal processes.
• Delivering exceptional client service.

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Wills and Probate.
• Strong experience with Trust structures, particularly asset protection and discretionary trusts.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
