A superb role, for a Logistics / Warehouse Assistant to work for a prestigious business who are based in Evesham. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the picking and packing within the logistics department by scheduling on time delivery of items. You will be a great team player, as you will be working with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.

Offering a competitive starting salary of £25,000 - £25,400 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, offering superb benefits, with great working hours and no weekends!

The Role:

* Responsible for picking and packing to a high quality, following company SOPs. This will entail meeting set despatch dates for key customers.

* Working with the despatch lead and in their absence scheduling the despatch of products, liaising with Production on a regular basis on finished product.

* Liaising with the Logistics Administrator/Customer Service in a timely manner to ensure the paperwork is completed and with despatch items.

* Despatch service units once servicing has been completed in a timely manner.

* Stock take/ Cycle counting.

* Report any damage of discrepancies to purchasing and finance.

* Co-ordinate customer oil samples, forwarding to SGS Analytics.

* Book in all service units and take to service department for work to commence.

* Book in returned goods from customers/suppliers and direct to relevant area of compliance.

* Support the despatch of returned goods.

* Support the warehouse with despatch of TED goods.

Key skills and attributes:

* The ability to follow work instructions and Standard

* Work experience in a similar role, with exposure to Logistics/Warehouse.

* Strong organisational skills.

* Forklift licence, ideally pivot steer.

* Ability to work well within a team.
