Due to increase in workload for the region, my client an award winning and well-established house builder is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator initially on a freelance basis.

As Coordinator you will be carrying out S38 and S104 agreements as well as being confident in liaising with consultants regarding the works.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading brand away from PLC.
