Job Details:

• CQC Registered Manager
• Aintree based home
• Part of an established, regional organisation that specialises in supporting adults in residential and supported living services.
• Managing a small residential service that supports up to 8 adults, currently supporting 5 adults.
• The home specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health
• The adults that reside in the service are aged between 18-25
• As the manager of the home, you will manage a staff team of up to 20, along with your deputy manager
• You will ensure the service meets CQC standards and company standards
• Ensure the home can provide bespoke support for each individual adult
• Full-time, permanent role

Salary Details:

• Up to £32,500

Requirements Details:

• NVQ Level 3 in leadership and management
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience within CQC services
• LD or MH experience
