Job Details:
- CQC Registered Manager
- Aintree based home
- Part of an established, regional organisation that specialises in supporting adults in residential and supported living services.
- Managing a small residential service that supports up to 8 adults, currently supporting 5 adults.
- The home specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health
- The adults that reside in the service are aged between 18-25
- As the manager of the home, you will manage a staff team of up to 20, along with your deputy manager
- You will ensure the service meets CQC standards and company standards
- Ensure the home can provide bespoke support for each individual adult
- Full-time, permanent role

- NVQ Level 3 in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience within CQC services
- LD or MH experience
