• Process invoices and ensure timely registration on COINS
• Match invoices to purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Meet payment deadlines by efficiently processing invoices

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior experience with invoice processing and reconciliation
• Excellent communication skills for handling internal and external queries
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships
• Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• AAT qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems
