The role - Behaviour Mentor

I am working with a SEMH school based in Merton that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 4 students out of class and must use de - escalation techniques to regulate their behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor you must be an approachable, confident and enthusiastic person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. To be considered for this role you must have experience working as a Behaviour Mentor in a school setting and must have strong knowledge/ experience working with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

The school is a Secondary SEMH school located in Bexley and work with students with a range of learning needs. Their vision is that no student should be disadvantaged through lack of opportunity, and they provide strong pastoral care to their students.
