Multi-Agency Collaboration & Communication:

* Work closely with children, young people, families, and partner agencies (e.g., Police, Probation, Social Services, Health, and Education) to ensure coordinated and effective interventions.

* Maintain regular communication and engagement to support young people in education, employment, and training (EET) and prevent social exclusion.

* Uphold equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practices in all aspects of service delivery.

*

Court Work & Reporting:

* Prepare and present Pre-Sentence Reports, Stand-Down Reports, and Referral Order Panel Reports as required.
